Refund Policy

1. Subscription Billing

Obscuryn is a cloud-based brand protection and threat intelligence platform. Subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Customers are charged at checkout for their selected plan. Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle unless you cancel.

2. General Policy

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Once you have been charged for a billing period, we typically do not issue refunds for that period.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following circumstances:

• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Significant service unavailability that prevented you from using the service
• Other exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion

4. Cancellations

If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to Obscuryn until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for the unused portion of a billing period after cancellation.
