The problem
- Enterprise brand-protection platforms alert on every new domain that vaguely resembles you. Most of those hosts are parked, for sale, or unrelated businesses with the same English words.
- DTC, nutrition, and wellness brands lose money on the opposite case: a Shopify clone on buy[brand].shop or official[brand].store that ranks in ads and search the same week it goes up.
- A tool that cannot tell a live cart from a DNS record still leaves legal to screenshot, WHOIS, and write the abuse notice by hand.
